Today was a wonderful diet day! I resisted temptation directly twice and indirectly once when I simply wanted to eat anything I could find. I glued my butt to the couch and didn't let it in the kitchen. :) I decided to spend some quality time with my husband tonight and ditched exercise. I need one rest day and I try to take it when I know I've done perfectly on my diet. Tonight I am hitting the hay much early than usual which I think will go a very long way towards making me feel better. Tomorrow is dinner night with my family, I'm formulating a plan to make it through with no damage. For starters I'll be skipping my morning coffee to save calories. I have employed my hubby as my food approval specialist for dinner tomorrow. AND I will exercise a full 39 hot, heavy, and fast minutes tomorrow evening. Have a great day!!!
