I just finished reading MZZCHIEF's bolg about Magnesium and headaches.
Magnesium is important for many functions - heart, brain, bones, energy, etc.
My personal belief is that it is best to get your nutrients from food.

    Sometimes it does not work that way sadly. I take so much calcium and vitiamin D each day for a medical condition that I need extra magnesium each day to help me not only balance those out but also to help me get rid of the waste in my bodyfrom that the extra calcium causing constipation

    It also helps me to sleep which is critical to any body

    So no matter how many foods with those nutrients in it, so bodies need more

    REMEMBER one thing, everyone has a unique body makeup and what works for you does not all work for all

    So basically like you said it is your belief and others have their own just like MZZHIEF and I do as well as many others

    Also you might want to make your linkable and not a cut and paste link you ave it now.
