Welp I have drifted the wrong direction the last few days, have ate some things I'm not proud of :( ( still no red meat & still only water ) I have not been to the gym since last wednesday either :( I plan on going tomorrow and friday HARD to try to make up for some lost time... I'm not falling off the train just hit a detour, I believe I might have also gained a few lbs back :( which gets me kinda down bc I was so close to being under 300lbs...Ugh, 1 day at a time I guess....

    Remember how amazing you were feeling when you were so proud of yourself? You WILL feel that way again. Don't let your disappointment bring you down. I know you can do this. You get under 300 in February, and I'll start losing again! We can do this together!

    I remember for literally months I would get close to being under 300 lbs. then self sabotage and go the wrong way. One foot in front of the other and one day at a time ... you'll get through this emoticon

    Ok you had a set back, it happens, don't beat yourself up for it and remember tomorrow is a brand new day! You can do this remember YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!
