I am exercising 2-3 times a week from 35 min to 60 min.... I am trying to eat better...I am trying toi think positve... BUT then I get on the scale and see no change...or see weight gain! Yes I know it takes time....tes I know it may be muscle...but today is just a frustrating day...I am discouraged.....

    Don't be discouraged! If you increased your workouts, then you will probably need to definitely change your eating habits. Are you tracking everything you eat? I mean everything you eat! Try eating 5-6 small meals every 2-3 hours and see if this will boost your metabolism.

Try your best not to get frustrated or discouraged. Really evaluate your what you're doing or what you're not doing and make the necessary changes! You can do this!

    Try to measure and remember the scale is not our friend and it can lie, the measuring tape can't lie! As long as you are eating right and exercising you will some change!!!
