LAAAAAAAZY DAY

Well I did the recycling yesterday, and when it was all said and done I walked a total of about 4.5 miles and, according to my HRM, burned over 1000 calories in two hours. emoticon I also go a bit of a sunburn, because I forgot to put on sunscreen. emoticon I did remember to wear a hat, so most of the pink is on my arms. emoticon All total I burned over 1600 calories yesterday. emoticon

Needless to say, today I just wanted to veg out emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon I was good, I got up, went for a 30 minute bike ride, then came home and did strength training for about an hour. But then I took a shower, made breakfast and then basically watched TV (Pitbulls and Parolees reruns) and puttered on the computer emoticon . Oh, I washed the dishes, and I have been doing some laundry, but that is it! Oh, yeah I had a big salad for lunch, so I "vegged out" in a good way, too. emoticon
