That's a good thing, right?
Sunday and Monday are my 'days off' when I clean my house, do laundry and 'the big' shopping, etc. and try to have a social life, such as it is.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays I have my grandkids, 2 and 3 1/2, plus my grandniece, 2 and a 1/2 (Wed only).
Then- back to work on Thurs- Sat, caring for a 98 yr old sweetie pie in his home 6-7 hrs a day.
I do Tai Chi on Mon and Fri mornings at the senior center (I know- I'm barely old enough to belong but i go just for that).
I belong to Anytime Fitness (a 24 hour gym) which I usually only get to on Sat and Thurs, after work, Sundays and Mondays (my long workout days).
I keep a yoga mat, an 8 lb wt and a 15 lb kettlebell over at the professor's house and work out over there on my 3 work days (thank goodness for the SP videos and youtube).
So- I am busy!
When I put anything extra in there- even fun stuff- like having son and dil for dinner tonight- I am TIRED!
I just do not have the energy I used to.
I can't wait until I am truly retired and can sleep as late as I want every day- go to the gym as often and as long as I want- and have the energy to do all the fun things I want to do.
I'm not complaining, mind you- I have a full, rich, happy life!
Methinks I need a vacation!
