Alrighty....it's another week and I'm not losing. I suppose I should really revisit my menu. I'm holding with the 1200 cal daily and eating foods I enjoy. I'm measuring everything so something is up. I mean,....there is something going on with my body that is causing this plateau like effect. Could it be that I am not sleeping well? Could it be that I've been stressed out? Now, I've been getting in my walks because they help me relieve my stress.
So, maybe I should revisit salt content in foods. According to Spark, I'm way under my salt intake by 500 mg's. I'll just keep at the workouts, but something will come up with the food business. I may even consider avoiding all sugars such as anything containing -ose such as glucose. I did that once upon a time and that really helped the plateauing. Perhaps I need to add more vegetables and decrease the protein. I've been taking in 114 grams of protein with lean meats and protein shakes. Could it be the milk that is slowing the process? HMMMM!
It's a bummer that I didn't make my 10 lb weight loss goal for this month, however, I didn't gain any new weight that I'm not proud of --- you know, the muscle weight by using more weights while working abs and legs. I've about got this month completed in doing squats with the kettle bell along with a PUSH activity that included lying leg raises. So what challenge will I push for next month? Perhaps now is the time to get that cardio in before the spring rolls round. That's it!
FEBRUARY GOAL! CARDIO...
I will walk/jog/run 3 miles 6 x a week. I'll have to think about a PUSH activity. Well it's off to the drawing board once again and nearly time for new pics. Just getting it in, every damn day!
