I know that I don't get on here as often as I like....but, I would like to let everyone know that I have been working out 3 times a week at Curve's and walking 30 minutes a day every other day when I don't go to Curve's. On week-ends, I may get to walk one of the days...sometimes I take the week-end off. I do get overly tired sometimes.
I have been feeling really good recently! I have lost a total of 10 pounds since I started back! That is an accomplishment for me!
I try not to get any ideas about not going to curves! I am staying with this, even on the days that I don't feel like going...I just do it anyway! I feel so much better and have more energy.
Well, That is all for this blog! I will try harder to stay with Sparkpeople and Curve's ! The people help keep me motivated and I thank you all for that!
