Day 30, The Plan day 12

Today was the last day of the 30 day challenge. I cannot believe how fast this month has gone by and that the challenge will be over. I am keeping my focus as I like the way I feel and the meals I have eaten this month were really nice. I will try a cup of coffee tomorrow mid morning and see how that tastes and makes me feel. Considering how many boxes of our favorite coffee (Senseo coffee pods) we have trucked south of the border, I felt rather bad giving it up...
The tv situation should be resolved by the end of the weekend but I must say, I haven't really missed it much. It is such a habit to turn it on and flake out - not a good habit.
Meals for the day:
Breakfast - flax seed granola with blueberries and a splash of coconut milk, dandelion tea
Lunch - romaine lettuce with 1/2 pear and pumpkin seeds, leftover vegetable timbale
Snack - 1 oz of 72% dark chocolate, 10 almonds and a pot of tea. Carrot sticks and 2 Tbsp hummus
Dinner - 3 oz chicken, stir fried with veggies - new veggie to test: red bell pepper.
Tomorrow is weigh and measure day! I know I have lost more than I have in ages and the fact my skinny means fit comfortably shows I have lost some inches as well.
