1. Treated myself to dinner and ordered Salmon and ate 1/2 my meal and shared the appetizer
2. Did a workout video STRENGTH for the first time in a long time
3. Came home and did a MID DAY workout when I could have just taken a nap
4. Made an effort to only drink ONE cup of coffee. The rest was tea and water
5. Watching bible study online since the real bible study was cancelled due to inclement weather/ flash flood warning
