February Goals

So I'm sitting here thinking about February and what I want to accomplish.... It's simple:

1. Lose 8 - 10 Pounds
2. Keep up Workout Wednesdays: Excersising 1 hour and a half to 2 hours
3. Incorporate meatless mondays
4. And keep eating and drinking clean! emoticon
