Today's good stuff:
- had a great workout this morning. I did lots of cardio and about 30 minutes of strength training.
- drank lots of water
- ate really really healthy with my hubs
- got organized for school
I had two of three classes at school and so far I LOVE them. I had Theories of Learning, a grad-level ed. psych. class. The professor seems really great and I'm looking forward to the books and articles we have to read. My other class is a supervision class. I'm really excited because the articles we have to read are ones that I already have because I'm a member of a national curriculum organization. Yahoo! I am just thrilled that I am doing this. I can't WAIT until I can start looking at jobs in administration!
Tomorrow I am doing a morning swim and some upper body strength training, and I have 3-ish miles to run when I get to my mom's house. I am really taking advantage of my time as a student to get lots of fitness into my day. If I can concentrate on really dropping some inches while I have the time, then when I start looking for jobs and getting back to the "real world" I can focus on maintenance.
Time for some hot tea and packing my bag for tomorrow!
