Feels Good to be Back :)

I haven't worked out since last Friday and let me tell you does it ever feel good to be sweaty today! I just finished a 45 min Cardio Kickboxing and I feel great! I always forget that working out just isn't good for body, it is awesome for mind as well! Glad to be back :)

    Kick boxing is one of my favorite cardio exercises.. I always feel so fierce lol
