Turbo Fire? Yeah, it is DEFINITELY kicking my butt and I LOVE IT!
You like high intensity? This is for you.
You like kickboxing? DEFINITELY for you.
Awesome changes in a short amount of time? THIS IS IT.
No, it really isn't one of those "get thin quick' schemes. What it REALLY is, is a lot of hard work and pushing yourself harder than you ever thought you could. It is also taking control of what you are eating and incorporating as much clean eating into your lifestyle as possible!
Simple switches... eating natural peanut butter instead of regular. Almond milk instead of regular. SMART swaps do NOT equal FAT FREE! Nutrition is 80% of this lifestyle, and focusing on what "looks good" aka. low-fat/fat-free/reduced-calor
ie is doing you NO favors.
You CAN eat calorie-dense foods (think: peanut butter, avocado, nuts, etc) but you do not have to eat as much to feel satisfied. If there's anything I would say eating healthy has taught me is that I can eat SO much more food for less calories than an unhealthy meal.
Eat what makes your body function well. Not what makes your body just slug through the day.
