I took today off from work. I went to the gym and lifted weights. Technically, I should lift upper body one day, lower body the next. resting a day or 2 between working the same muscle groups, but it's been 10 days since I did my last full body workout, so I just did another full body workout today. about 45 min. Looks like I'm in my calorie range again today. So I would say my motivation, eating and exercise are all 100%. Yay! I stepped on the scale today and it was 179. Tomorrow is the official weigh in day.

I've been doing this daily blog for years. It's been very fulfilling for me, it keeps me accountable , and I truly appreciate you, my readers. I've been thinking about doing a podcast. And I took my first step, I bought a quality microphone. Now, I'm learning about editing audio, RSS feeds, getting on iTunes. So, what do you think? Would you subscribe to a podcast is I made one? Do you think weekly recordings would be OK? Or maybe 2x a month?
