1/30/13 ~ 213.8

Wednesday, January 30, 2013

I have been having shortness of breath, and a little fluttering in my chest. It's not love, it's A-fib.
So I did my 90 minute walk at the gym, even though it was a wonderful 60 , and pouring rain. It is a bit annoying, and makes me tired, so I slept the afternoon away. Chest pain is gone, it is just a feeling that I can't quite get a full breath. If I concentrate on my breathing I feel fine.

So I did my walk, and now doing laundry, and just ate lunch. I am going to watch American Idol, and head back to bed. All I can do is rest, and wait till the A-fib passes, when it is mild like this. If it gets more severe they can cardiovert me.

I hit a new low of 213.8 today, and the walk was instead of basketball. I will have to quit that for the week at least. Walking, I am fine, but basketball would be too much. Tomorrow I plan to just take it easy.

Have a great day. Tomorrow can be better.
