Day 320 - New progress picture!!!

This picture was taken today, after I've lost 92 lbs total, and still losing more each day. This picture really put it into perspective just how much weight I really have lost. It's an awesome feeling seeing all of my work and dedication paying off, that's for sure!



10 months ago this is what I looked like! I was so unhealthy and looking back on it, it's completely unreal to me. But having let this happen to myself, I know I will never, ever go back!!!

    For someone who doesn't know you, it is really not possible to tell that both pictures are of the same PERSON! You look completely different and so happy in your current picture! Congratulations on your changes thus far!
