So last night was my dinner out. I was supposed to do it the night before but some evening plans kind of messed that up and I opted to do my night out last night when I could relax and not be rushed through my meal. I went to Conner's Steak house. I ordered a 6 oz filet, cooked rare +, broccoli and a salad. After dinner I had creme Brûlée that I shared with my husband and a few bites of my son's chocolate mousse cake! The whole meal was fantastic and delicious and made all 19 days worth the wait! This morning I was afraid to step on the scale but once I did I was just .2 pounds up! So I've learned to make some great choices for my body and I feel so much better! I am excited to continue on discovering what things work and do not work for me. I hope all you planners out there have some great success stories! My mom is starting it today so I am going to try and just keep doing it along with her-my aunt started a few days ago and I have friends at work now doing it along with me as well! I'm so thankful for discovering the plan as it sure has made a difference in my life! Oh, and my total loss was 14 pounds! Pretty good I think for a 20 day food plan!
