Wednesday Check-In

I am doing well today. I had a strictly cardio day today. It was a really great day at Zumba class. My instructor must have been pushing us today because of Superbowl Sunday. That is fine with me. :) I am going to need it. Giggle.

I am excited to get my Fitbit. I bought it yesterday. I can't wait to see how it works exactly with Spark People. It will be exciting to see more accurately how many calories I burn a day. At least on the days I don't do Aqua. I really wish it was water proof, but I only do one day now of pool work so that won't be too bad over all.

I decided on the Fitbit Zip. I really don't need it to tell me my sleeping patterns and I don't have any stairs to take, so that way I could get the Fitbit AND the e-reader. Best of both worlds. Woot!

I found out today I REALLY like natural peanut butter on whole wheat bread. Mmm, maybe tomorrow I might throw a few slices of nanner on it. Wow, yum!

That is about all today. Not too exciting today. Just watching Biggest Loser right now. It is kind of growing on me. :)

    I eat LOTS of peanut butter on whole wheat sandwiches. They taste great, keep me full, and fit into my plan well. :) Enjoy the show!

    you are doing awesome i love peanut butter also.dont let the ereader interfer with your workouts but it makes a good reward when you are done.
