Ankle is doing quite well, thanks for your concerns.
Walked 1 hour today, all at one time!
Took 1 hour exercise class that was
Church is tonight, looking forward to that.
Ate way below my calorie limit for the day, so far.
Going to make a mixed greens
for dinner with fresh pecans from my girlfriends tree,
low fat cheese, chicken I cooked myself in some water
with spices & maybe a few strawberries
I got at the market. YUM!
