No more excuses!! I had to do the "nike" mantra .. JUST DO IT!!
I can't allow myself to "think about it" .. Just do it!!
And I did do it !! I went to the gym and got back on the treadmill and even tried the elliptical .. I also found out that I was setting the elliptical too high and that is why it was too much! When I set it to fat burning for my size .. it had me going at a nice leisurely pace.. something I could handle .. and as long as my heart rate was up there .. I can only assume that I was in the fat burning zone .. at least that's what the machine said ..
Anyway .. my new exercise goal is to go beyond 5 minutes on the elliptical and work my time and stamina up on that .. Wish me Luck!
