I've been trying really hard to keep up with my fitness level.for awhile it was every day but since i got sick recently i haven't been able to do much.I've given my self PLENTY of time to get over it (a week) and now i'm ready to get back to it.I just need to give myself more time i guess.
My husband wants us to try the insanity work out.looks intense and I'm pumped for it. have any of you tried it? any success?
I've been wanting to eat a whole bag of chips but i settled with a bag of lite butter pop corn.meh sometimes this fit poop sucks.lol
