I am going to be moving into a friend's house. Him and his wife eat "wholesome", and they don't really snack a lot (thank goodness). However, I don't want to be rude and NOT eat their food (because him and his wife are great cooks). How do I keep my calories under control WITHOUT being rude (FYI- he's aware of my lifestyle change). Any suggestions? And I don't mind buying "special foods" and sharing with them.
