I want to change my focus and see if that helps me change my life. I have my list of actions that I want to do daily this year to help me with my goals. I have been working on that. Some days with more success than others, of course.
I am starting to day to add a topic a small bit of awesome. This wont be anything big. Just something extra that I got done that day. I finished laundry. I called a friend. I cleaned a drawer,. I stepped out of my comfort zone. Anything really that makes me stretch a little.
I am going to record this in my book so that I will be able to motivate myself by my small bit of awesome.
