after a week, every other day at the gym, I am feeling better for going to the gym, but today I am suffering terrible back spasms and am hurting. feel like I need to slow down and take it down a notch which is so frustrating since I have been feeling so positive with going to the gym. thought I was doing good taking it easy and sensibly in the first place, apparently not enough.

just cannot win sometimes.......

    Do take it easier and give your back a rest. It will only get worse if you ignore it. Hope you feel better real soon.
