Day 2 and 3 of week 3

Hi all im back!! yesterday I ran 6.07 miles and this morning I ran 3.20 miles. I did 50 push ups yesterday and today!! Tomorrow I am off and will run at least a 5 miler and friday I will run a 3 miler and do my kickboxing dvd so by the end of the week I will have ran 23 miles!!! That is 6 more miles than I ran last week!! Im shooting to run 25 to 30 miles a week so im almost there. Any who just wanted to check in to let you all know that im still pushing forward and im getting it done!!!!! keep sparking!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
