Hi all im back!! yesterday I ran 6.07 miles and this morning I ran 3.20 miles. I did 50 push ups yesterday and today!! Tomorrow I am off and will run at least a 5 miler and friday I will run a 3 miler and do my kickboxing dvd so by the end of the week I will have ran 23 miles!!! That is 6 more miles than I ran last week!! Im shooting to run 25 to 30 miles a week so im almost there. Any who just wanted to check in to let you all know that im still pushing forward and im getting it done!!!!! keep sparking!!
