Last year around September/October I decided to up my game, to get to my goal weight, I worked out even harder, I started to eat even more healthier and change my exercise routine. I went from 61kg to 59 kg(at that time my goal weight) which was really great. But when I got to 59 kg's I realised that I still wanted to lose a little bit more, because there were still some areas on my body that I would like to improve. So I set a new goal, to lose 3-4 kg's more, but since then I've been exercising really hard and eating healthy but its as if my weight is stuck on 59 kg and doesn't want to go any lower. It makes me feel so frustrated.
From 28 December I decided to work even harder, I have lowered my calories and try to stay between 1160 and 1200 calories a day, I have cut out all the "bad" foods that was hindering my results, but my weight still stayed the same. So from last week I decided to improve even more, I have cut out all sugar and sweeteners, I only get sugar from fruits and a 1/2 tb spoon of honey, today I also started with sparkcoach and hope that this will help me to finally break my weight loss plateau.
I haven't weight myself for 2 weeks now, and are really excited to weight myself on Friday, hopefully my changes in my eating habits will show some change on the scale.
But if not, I will still stay motivated, and be patient. Even though its really hard!! I just hope that I will reach my goal as soon as possible :-)
