Yay! I believe we are close to half way through winter.
Another 49 days and Spring will arrive.
Where will I be? What can I choose for myself for the following 49 days OR 7 weeks?
I CAN choose to continue with my commitment to living a healthy life. I want that. I deserve that.
Sooooo, I commit to being a non-smoker.
I commit to exercising regularly for at least 15 minutes each day.
I commit to drinking at least 8 X 8 ounce glasses of water each day.
I commit to healthy eating each day.
I am quite sure at the end of these 49 days, I'll feel like a winner who is 3.5 to 7 pounds lighter.
I 'll feel stronger and healthier and happy knowing...
I DID IT!
Afterall, the first day of Spring IS March 20, 2013 and it will come.
I would like to be there: happier, healthier and lighter.
