Sticking With It

I've noticed an interesting trend in my eating habits. I typically do well with my daily calories every 3 days. On the 3rd I jones for the bad for you foods (high calories). I've done well though this past week and don't want to destroy my efforts so I have been finding comfort foods in the low calorie range and that has curbed the beast. Nobody said this easy. Happy I'm sticking with it, no matter how difficult.
