Removing obstacles

Obstacles--excuses. Every day I am working to prove to myself there are no real obstacles. I hit the stairs twice yesterday ( 4 flights twice)--and again once this morning. I have to go out for lunch----hate that---so I already e-mailed my friend the meal has to be under 350 calories--so maybe it will help me stick to that. No gym this morning---the puppy needed some training time and it's sooooo cold outside we had to stay in. I will check out the late night crowd and see if I can set the stage for night gym time as well. I am proving that even if I miss morning gym I can still to evening gym. Even if I go out to eat I can choose low cal. -
