As any of you that follow my blogs know. I'm the QUEEN of the 1/2 pound loss. I know that it's still a good loss but I have wanted to push that just a tad and try to get something bigger and still be healthy.
This past week I signed up with a personal trainer. I also trimmed my M-F calorie range by 200 calories. This makes eating at the top of my normal range on the weekend seem like a treat but still keeps me in a slight deficit mode even on those weekend days.
The BIG difference was in my fitness. How long I have been doing it wrong. If you want the specifics look back a few blogs. It certainly paid off. I lost 2.1 pounds this week. That's HUGE for me 2 + years in on this journey to Health & Fitness.
What will I do this week to keep my momentum?
1) Weight Training at the gym
2) CARDIO every day in my "golden zone"
3) Careful tracking of food with attention to QUALITY calories.
4) WATER WATER WATER
5) No Nighttime snacking.
6) Getting out of my chair - I have a chiming clock and when it chimes I have to get up and exercise or clean for 10 minutes!
