Happy LAST DAY of the Challenge!

The Seminar went well , we had a good group of people who were interested and asked questions and were very positive with good feedback!

IT was FUn and I would love to do a WEBINAR for all of you !




Do you know what the single biggest thing that hinders people in these challenges? Can you guess?
Tell me what you will think and I will post a blog on what I think later when I have more time!

Today I HAVE A CAR to drive around in even if it is all errands, so I am on the road, will have to go pick up DH from work, but it was worth it, got to have tea with fellow 30 Day Challenge person who also happens to be a close friend!!!

SO here it is, the last day, don't forget to weigh and measure tomorrow!!!

    I agree - thanks for the accountability and the encouragement - it's definitely kept me on track - and tracking is showing me that I'm fully aware of when I'm pushing the limits, but also making sure that I eat enough on days when otherwise I wouldn't. Those are probably days when I drink excessive quantities of water. I'm going to focus on reducing carbs and increasing Protein, next month, and continue the January program.

Since 1 January, I have release 1.3 kgs = 2.86 pounds. There were a few bumps along the way with celebrations and occasions, but no train smashes, and I never got to use my Get out of Jail card :(

Look forward to the next Challenge, Mel - let's rock February!
(and leave the chox alone!)

    So glad the seminar went well!
I would think the biggest thing that hinders people with a challenge is their MIND. If your mind isn't in the right place to do this, it is very hard to stick with it. It becomes too easy make excuses when you don't have focus and it becomes a slippery slope.
I know that I needed this challenge to get me focused and the accountability kept me there.
Thank you for all your hard work in organising this and for all your encouragement along the way!
