The gym is definitely a good move. Going back to the beginning and doing all the start up ideas would also be a suggestion, tracking food, drinking the water, physical activity at least 3 times weekly and strength toning at least 2 times weekly. Track here on SP and see what happens! 1334 days ago
The gym should help the body get stronger. Then after working hard I find I don't want to eat as much because I think about all that hard work I did. so that should be a good move. Best of luck. 1335 days ago
Loosing weight is always harder when the stress mounts up. I've been struggling too what with all the paperwork and forms there've been to mess with this month. I'm sure things will be getting better. 1335 days ago
How are you doing on tracking your food? Exercise is a good thing (obviously), but I found that the only way to sustain weight loss is by tracking my food intake AND (the most important part) and setting the calories to a level where weight will start to go away. It's not easy, but it's the way to go.
