I'm a little behind on my pizza blogs--we had this one a couple of weeks ago. I started out with a whole wheat crust sprinkled with a little vegan cheese; the new one from Trader Joe's. Then I crumbled tempeh bacon over that, then chopped roasted Brussels sprouts.
Then a little more vegan cheese over that---
I served it with potato-veg. soup, really nice combination. The Trader Joe's vegan shreds went well with the Brussels sprouts; I think it has more of a swiss flavor---to the best of my recollection anyway, it's been a while since I've had dairy cheese!
