The wrong way to lose

So, just coming off the death flu diet plan.
Had a fever of 102+ for five days... Survived on tea and weak chicken soup (no noodles/rice - just couldn't handle them). Lost 4 pounds in a week. Do not recommend it.
I'm still trying to shake the cough, so I haven't been back in the gym. Super annoying, since I was just starting to get back into a good routine.
On the upside, junk food (in my case: anything with sugar) has close to zero appeal right now, so at least I can go back to managing a reasonable daily calorie intake.
