Made it to Level 6

I know to many it may not seem like a big deal, but making it to the next level represents that I have committed to reading articles, people's blogs, exercising, tracking and being better at navigating this awesome website. I know I need to increase my exercise time and add points that way too. It is not enough to just read about everyone's progress but be a doer. So I am excited and feel that I am on track, and becoming a better and more fit me. I am happier because I have taken those steps.

I encourage others to take small steps to big goals in their life. It is energizing. And I am happy to have a streak going for me! emoticon

    emoticon You are correct, it takes a lot of time but the information learned is priceless when you consider thte years it can add to your life expectancy. I am a health care professional and though I knew Everything Ha.. Ha... I have gained an amazing amount of updated information. I am learning more everyday and I appreciate the challenges offered aswell.

I use my laptop while I am working on the elliptical. It keeps me moving without realizing how tired I am getting. I feel really motivated while I connect to SP so this ly helps me burn more than normal. I never imagined I would reach the maximum level for my entire workout. Before SP I used music to workout and I would fatigue after 40 minutes but now I can go for over 2 hours.

Unfortunately I need to do more than cardio so I do strengthening for 46 minutes and 10 stretching.

Too much information, sorry! emoticon
