Good Morning! It's still morning, right....yeah. yay!

I cut myself short on time this morning...story of my life.

This mornings workout was Cathe's Low Impact Series Total Body Trisets - Upper Body.

Warm Up

Walking Plank Push Ups
Shoulders - Incline Shoulder DB Presses on Stability Ball - 2X15
riceps - Lying Extensions on Stability Ball 2X15

Chest - Walking Plank Push Ups - Modified
Shoulders - Incline Shoulder DB Presses on Stability Ball 2X12
Triceps - Lying Extensions on Stability Ball 2X12

Chest - Leg Crossover Push Ups -Just did push ups on my knees
Shoulders - Incline Shoulder Arcs on Stability Ball - 2X7.5
Triceps - Wide Stance Plank Kickbacks 2X12

Chest - Leg Crossover Push Ups - Just did push ups on my knees
Shoulders - Incline Shoulder Arcs on Stability Ball 2X7.5
Triceps - Wide Stance Plank Kickbacks 2X12

Chest - Alternating Dumbbell Chest Flys 2X12
Shoulders - External Rotations with Lateral Raises 2X10
Triceps - Modified Dive Bombers - I did mine seasaws on the ball

Back - One Arm Rows on Stability Ball - 20
Biceps - Incline DB Double Arm Curls on Stability Ball -2X15
Core - Ball Crunches

Back - One Arm Rows on Stability Ball - 20
Biceps - Incline DB Double Arm Curls on Stability Ball - 2X12
Core - Ball Crunches - 10

Back - Dumbbell Pullovers on Stability Ball 20
Biceps - Simultaneous Traditional Curls 2X15
Core - Ball Exchanges - 15

Back - Dumbbell Pullovers on Stability Ball - 25

Back - Rear Delt Flys on Stability Ball 2X5
Biceps - Concentration Curls with Stability Ball 20

Cool Down/Stretch

It was tough and moved at just the right speed. I feel worked!

It's been another crazy week. Poor Tim has some flu...virus....so, things haven't been normal at home. I've been exhausted and have been walking the dogs and going to bed early. Which going to bed early...is really just going to bed on time....so that I get enough sleep.

Puppy training has been going really well. We've been using treats to bring Roxie's attention back to me...and our walks are really becoming a lot more pleasurable. Yay for that!

Well, I better get back to work....I have a lot to do and a punk that doesn't like to work together as a team.

    I hope that Tim gets over the flu fast.!!!
How old is Roxie and what kind of dog is she?
I keep trying to get to bed early, just never seems to happen, sigh.....
