So i havn't lost a lot of weight even though i'm tracking, but I will say one thing. I have managed to quit all soda products. I have trouble paying attention and well staying awake. I always feel tired. I managed since christmas to replace my soda with a daily jog, which to me is a huge acomplishment.
Latly I have been getting discouraged so i'm taking small victories. The fact that I feel more awak and alive and don't need a buch of unhelathy soda is a pretty big step forward in my opnion.
