    Thanks gals for your support.. I love your breakfast ideas. I floss, but flossed more last night. LOL I Exercised by lifting boxes up a ladder to attic for 30 minutes. emoticon PS had broccoli for dinner.

    So true about flossing and I don't think a lot of people know it can be connected to the heart. I think you educated some today. That's why having your teeth clean more than once a year is also important. You're saving your heart.

    I like apples and oranges. I like to cut up my apples and put them in my yogurt or just dunk them in my yogurt. I also like strawberries in season. Today I got my exercise by shoveling snow. I usually go to the fitness center but everything was shut down today! Keep up the good work and enjoy!
