what a shock..totally...was not in my plans..

Dan and I started to slow down on the working out process...we cut it down to 90 minutes and one day 120 minutes...

Weighed ourselves...He was down 8lb's and I was down 6.6lb's...

we didn't expect more then 5lb's between us...not 14lb's...

BUT we did change our menu a bit we are eating alot more chicken and steamed vegies...

and we did treat ourselves to donut this morning...and now we both are suffering heartburn...from the

    Does sugar really give you heartburn? I have suffered from acid reflux for almost 10 years and notice a HUGE relief when I don't eat sugar.

    Wow that is a lot of working out! I also go to the gym every day but usually only 1 - 1 1/2 hours per day. Our diet is also mainly fruit, veggies and protein - it is so good for weight loss. You both did really well - was that in one week?
