Down to 180.8 - woohoo!
I always heard that when people go through a divorce they usually either lose a lot of weight, or gain a lot of weight. I always figured I'd be one who would gain by turning to food for comfort. But I feel like I've kind of ridden the fence; I feel like I could easily go into a binge sometimes, and I do still love my comfort foods, but mostly I don't have much of an appetite. When I discovered at Christmas that I already had lost some weight I decided to harness that lack of appetite and try to make what I do eat better.
