Spark Coach Motivation Challenge for Day:
Give yourself a pep talk. Write it down so you can use it again when you feel down.
Here's the message I gave myself last March. It's still good today, with a few revisions.
I've done great so far. When I look back at my weight entries, I lost 2.5 pounds since Feb. 26 [CURRENTLY 14 POUNDS]. But [ I'VE BEEN YO-YO'ING AROUND THIS WEIGHT FOR ALMOST SIX MONTHS].
Message to Self- don't worry about it. Just stick to the program. [FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOUR DECISION TO MAINTAIN CONSISTENT, HEALTHY EATING HABITS]. Forget about an off day. Take the time to plan meals and buy lots of healthy, appealing food. Make sure you feel satisfied, not deprived. And don't think that you need to lose more than a pound a week.
