IT seems like when you are on this journey that everyone has advice and ideas to try. Things that have worked for them. It great for them to share their experiences with others BUT not everyone responds to programs or schedules the same way.
Some need to carefully watch their calorie intake while doing light exercise. Others need the hard core workouts and don't pay as much attention to what they eat. It doesn't matter what you are doing to lose weight on this journey...whether its weight watchers, beachbody, nultisystem, old fashion counting calories, whatever it may be. DO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU!
Keep in mind that just because your friend or family member lost 50lb on Weight Watchers doesn't mean that's going to be the case for you. We each react differently. Don't be afraid to Try the programs out there. Try new workouts. Try new foods. Keep an open mind. You just may find the perfect match for YOU!
