Couldn't beat the hormone weight this week. Back up to 256.2. :(

Goals for today:

:-) Drink at least 88oz of water emoticon

:-) Log at least 2500 steps- only ~1600 but did climb 6 flights of stairs today.

:-) Eat at least 5 servings of freggies emoticon
