Thanks to all for wishing me a good night's sleep. It was wonderfull...even with having to get up at 1am and 3am...and 5am to take my elderly puppy dogs out and fix their breakfast. When I got up at 7am I was getting texts from the men who will deliver and unload my steel columns asking about the sky lift delivery...which I was waiting to call about til I saw the conditions of the ground and the sky...everything looked ok ...so, I fed the clamouring flock, pawing ponies and smiling dogs...then called to rent the lift and I have about an hour and a half of peace and quiet...so happy to be in front of the computer with a hot cup of coffee and a lot of promise for good stuff for the next week. My niece is coming in tommorro from Oregon and will stay with us through Sunday. She is on her way to start her work in missions to the children of the military in Germany with her funding for the next year intact. At 25 she is becoming a strong and independent young woman. Her parents will be about an hour away in Germany. They have not seen her for a year and are very happy.
Mom is up bustling around the kitchen with her very regimented breakfast routine...hot cereal with flaxseed oil, wheat germ, and wheat bran added to Hodgins stone ground oats or some such...toast and a cup of coffee with half and half.
Me...I am thinking maybe a bowl of wheat chex, dried fruit/nuts and a cup of milk...in a bit. This apple fell a little further from the tree..lol.
