Feeling really good this morning. First, I stepped on the scale and I'm back down to 260.2 pounds, so the last two pounds I gained have finally fallen off. Maybe they were just water weight, I'm not sure.
But I also got in 20 minutes of cardio in the last 24 hours. I forced myself to do 10 minutes on the elliptical last night after dinner, and another 10 minutes this morning before I left for work. It's harder than I remember, but I know that it's what I've got to do to lose the weight. I just can't wait until I can go pick up my new treadmill at the end of February!!
I'm feeling much more awake this morning and quite more alert than normal.
