I love sweets! Not so much the candy-type, but baked goods. Cookies, cakes, donuts, pastries are my crack. I'm trying to turn that around. I love eating healthy, fruits and veggies are very close friends of mine, but those things that AREN'T so good for you are what you tend to love the most. Normally after dinner, I'll cap off the night with a few cookies. Last night, instead of my usual cookies for dessert, I had pineapple chunks. This is a HUGE step for me. Please be proud!
