Kept waking up last night and got up a tad before 6. Read and drank my coffee, and then at 8 decided to at least walk the dogs before the rain falls.
Well, as usual, once I got out on the path my feet began to move faster and faster and before I was done I was sprinting. Lovely, just lovely.
Printed out the SMART goal setting worksheet from sparkpeople this morning as well as the grocery list for the week. My goal will be simply to have my cholesterol in a healthy range.
Dinner out tonight. I will check the restaurant menu online before I go.
