I have tried a lot of things and have come up with a few things that have led to my success thus far.
1. Track your food
2. Measure & weigh all your food.
3. Find a workout routine you can stick with. I love Curves gym. It's comfortable since its a women's only gym with
easy to use machines.
4. Echo drink. It's great during and after my workout. It stopped my ankle & feet swelling, gives me energy, & is filling.
5. Shakeology. They are pricy for a protein shake, but have tried alot of shakes & none has filled me up, made me regular, and made me feel as great as this shake has.
You have to find the right formula for yourself but this is what has changed me from "trying" to lose weight to living anew healthy lifestyle.
