Today I got up and 4 and started working out at 5 in the morning. I found I feel better during the day if I get this done early. The 30 minutes on the bike is easier than the 30 minute walk for me. My hips don't hurt on the bike, where as walking makes my hips ache. I have found my hips bother me all day when I do the walk. I was advised to swing my legs and it would help. It does help, it just doesn't relieve it during the workout, but afterwards it seems to help my hips not to ache. Maybe I can get used to this. I just want to be able to look in the mirror and start seeing a differance in my body.
